Enfield Local Association AGM Notice
Notice of Annual General Meeting Sainsbury's Veterans Association Enfield 15th April 2014 at the St Andrews Church Hall Market Place Silver Street Enfield Middlesex EN1 3EG 2-4pm.
Under the rules of Sainsbury's Veterans Association an Annual General Meeting must be held each year. There will be a minimum of 3 officers including a Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary.
The Agenda should be based as follows;
- Apologies for Absence
- Agreement of Minutes of the previous AGM
- Chairman's Report
- Treasurers Report and presentation of accounts
- Secretary's Report
- Re-election of committee members, individually, and any nominations from the floor or Chairman (If more than one nomination for an office the votes cast by members for re-election)
- If a committee member fails to be re-elected for their current office they can put themselves forward for another role.
Followed by refreshments and a quiz (Time permitting).
