Change of Address

Q.

How do I change my address?

A.

If you are in receipt of a Sainsbury's Pension you need to write to Towers Watson at Sainsbury's Pensions Team, Towers Watson, PO Box 545, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1YX

If you are not in receipt of a Sainsbury's Pension you can contact Irene or Christine in the Veterans Support Office on 020 7695 7190 or 020 7695 4934.

I have lost my Discount Card, how do I get a new one?

My Discount Card is not working, can I get a replacement?

Q.

How do I register my discount card for grocery shopping on-line?

A.

You need to contact 0800 328 1700 opt.2

You will also need to contact this number if you request a new card, as it will have a different issue number

Reporting bereavement

Q.

My husband/wife/mother/father has passed away, who should I report it to?

A.

If the deceased was in receipt of a Company Pension you will need to contact Towers Watson on 0800 916 8087. The contact must be the NOK or family member.

If the deceased was a Company Veteran but not in receipt of a Sainsbury's pension you need to contact Irene or Christine in the Veterans Support Office on 020 7695 7190 or 020 7695 4934.

If the deceased was the spouse of a Company Veteran please contact Irene or Christine in the Veterans Support Office on 020 7695 7190 or 020 7695 4934, to ensure records are up-to-date.

Any query regarding shares of the deceased should be made to Shareholders Services on 020 7695 4018.

Selling Shares

Q.

How do I sell my Company shares?

A.

You can contact the Share Centre on 08000 282 812 (Freephone) or 01296 414141 – these are recommended by Sainsbury's share department. You must be in receipt of your share certificates to be able to sell them.

Lost Nectar Card

Q.

How do I get a new Nectar Card?

A.

You must contact the Nectar department direct on 0344 811 0811. Nectar cards are a Customer card and security questions were set up when the cards were originally issued.

Local Associations

Q.

I have moved and I would like to know if there is a Local Association in my area?

A.

You can see if there is a local association in your new area by visiting the Regions section of the website. If still unsure please contact Irene or Christine in the Veterans Support Office on 020 7695 7190 or 020 7695 4934.

Q.

How do I get a discount on products eg. Car and travel insurance provided by Sainsbury's Bank?

A.

Long Service Gifts

Q.

Do Sainsbury's still pay for repairs to long service watches?

A.

Unfortunately not, we no longer use Asprey/Garrards to supply our gifts, therefore we have no arrangement for repairs.  You can send to Asprey/Garrards for an estimate for the repair that is needed or alternatively, we advise to find a local jeweller who will be prepared to make the repairs.
