Share Scam Warning

17th November 2020

RMC

Various reports have been received of recent phone calls to Veterans from professional sounding voices saying they are interested in acquiring JS shares. They are prepared to pay £5-£10 per share and ask for your email so they can send a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Once you sign and return it they say they will send a full package of details. Those would ask you to pay £2,500 or more into an Escrow account pending completion of your transaction. This sounds and is too good to be true and you would say goodbye to your money and further communication from them.

They do have a lightweight website for such an operation but it is just another scam to be aware of with many others out there. Colleagues have been passing onto the Financial Conduct Authority scam line having spoken to JS Shareholder Services.
