Salmon need space to swim, good water quality and high oxygen levels. Our farms use smooth net pens, gentle handling and specially trained staff to look after welfare standards. Hens are inquisitive animals and our hens are given space to move around and display natural behaviour such as scratching, nesting, perching, stretching and flapping their wings. We’ve even partnered with a pig farm in Yorkshire to trial techniques for breeding and raising pigs, and to look into improving welfare.
